The location to the beach and Longtail boats was very convenient. However, the extremely loud music blaring till midnight from a bar across the street was a bit much. Room was very basic, but clean. Furnishings could definitely use updating. Bed was comfortable enough. It was fine for a 1 night stay.

The rooms are clean and the style is modern which I like. The place is well located where you can easily walk to the beach, and take any boats or even enjoy the night market. My family and I were very well welcomed even though there's a construction but the hotel managed everything pretty well. I am overall satisfied with this hotel.

There are quite things that were not working properly, like a lock of the balcony door that was not working at the room I stayed or the broken bidet that splashed out water all over the bathroom

I would recommend it 10/10 times to a friend. The issues I had were definitely just a couple of mistakes that could

Staff absolutely brilliant. Most polite people I've ever met. Room was more than we bargained for, very good price for a very very good room.

Just a couple things really - we found a pair of dirty boxers under the bed mattress which we put out on the balcony. The wifi worked maybe 20% of the stay, causing a few difficulties. When we walked into the toilet there was a 'poo' in the toilet but we had a laugh because it's a very easy mistake to make.

Location is great, the view is great from the top sea-side rooms, good value

They are building a hotel next to it, so it is busy and noisy a bit .. also the facilities have had the better days already, but again - good value for the price ( went low season though... )

Hotel in a very central position.

The restaurant and pool were under renovation so weren't available. You could use a sister hotel pool buy they only took you there 2x day. Roof had a leak in the entrance as you walked in. When we left they came running out to ask us to pay which we had - maybe all staff should be up to date on this as its embarrassing.

Love the location and the view from our balcony. Simple and chill hotel. Very convenient as eateries are literally right outside the hotel.

The air-con compressor was fixed at the balcony, so it can be pretty hot when we sit at the balcony. The shower head is super old and rusty. The sink does not have a stopper.

Enjoyed my stay

1. Love the male receptionist. His English was better than the female's. He helped me with my luggage on check out day and also helped with some of my queries e.g. when I couldn't find the switch for my lights that was hidden behind the pillows! 2. Fantastic location within walking distance of the beach, shops and night market 3. Good value. Really big room and bathroom for what I paid 4. They stored my luggage on check out day so I wander around for a few hours before my shuttle pick up to the airport

1. Furniture is old and jaded e.g the desk has worn out and bits coming off it. 2. Only Thai channels on TV 3. You can hear music at night from the nearby clubs. Not too loud but it's audible. I managed to sleep no problem but just mentioning in case it matters to others
